Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a hazy yellow color with a medium bright white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hop, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Cloudy yellow, ring of head, nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, onion/armpit. Taste as aroma w/stone fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.
