Opulent Orchard is our homage to juicy summertime fruit pies and the delicate cardamom pastries of Scandinavia. We started with a blend of one, two and three-year-old Danish Wild Ales and marcerated it with fresh, perfectly ripe Bergeron apricots and white nectarines. Then we infused the blend with socially responsible Ugandan vanilla beans, and finished it off with a hearty dose of house-made cardamom tincture from whole cardamom pods. Each sip starts with a sweet and tangy burst of stone fruit, followed by the aromatic spice cardamom and the smooth, luxurious finish of vanilla.
