After a rather long break, the mysterious Ciemra is back! A long-running gloomy collaboration with our friends from Jungle Brewery has this time absorbed all the charm of the legendary American Centennial hops. This familiar at first sight variety forces hop growers to spend a little more effort on it every year, because the window of the ideal aroma is very small, so they try to harvest it as soon as possible to catch it. For the new Ciemra, we specially bought hops from several producers and chose the best. Along with the bright, strong notes of fresh spring pine needles, it brought subtle, barely noticeable aromas of rose petal oil to our Double Black IPA. This is still the same fantastic Ciemra, no doubt about it, but with history and, perhaps, a drop of the soul of your favorite breweries.
