At a tasting, many thanks, murky palish red color, aroma of vinegar , berries and a hint of horse sweat, flavor of berries, sour fruit, minerals and strawberries, piercing but mellow vinegar sourness. Great lipsmacking fun.

Bottle split at RB Best Encomium share, Santa Rosa, 30/01/16 - Many Thanks ! Hazed orange amber with an off white covering. Nose is tarte fruit, funk, vinegar strokes, light nostril pucker, damp barn. Taste comprises dirty fruit strokes, acidic bite, red berry tang, barnyard, oak, lemon rind, balsam. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a sharp acidic rise. Ok sour but overcooked on the acidic front and lacking balance.

Sampled from a 0.75l bottle @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This one has a pinkish almost dishwasher colored body with a nice little white sidesticking head on the top. Mild and gentle peach puree aromas with nuances of raspberries and strawberries. Some rhubarb also here. Sweet, yet tart. Really pleasant. It's quite on the sour side this. Feels nice and oily in the mouth and it's just below average on and prickling on the bubbles. Sharp and concentrated on the taste. More really sour rhubarb in the taste, white currant. Gentle sour raspberries in the aftertaste. Nice one! 14.05.2016
