Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, hazy orangy color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, red berries, oak, mild vinegar, sorrel, minerals, berry skin, bark. Taste is sour-ish dry, sour red berries, vinegar, oak, berry skin, sorrel, bark, grass, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle at the De Garde Anniversary. Pours a cloudy pink ruby with medium frothy off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong berry, oak, lemon zest, funk. Thin mouth, tart berry, lemon, oak tannin, light acidity, very good.
