0.5l bottle. Hazy dark orange body, light brown head. Aroma of caramel, toast, chocolate and orange zest. Taste of toast, caramel, citrusy hops, some cocoa and some sourness. Weak body. Not bad, but something is missing from it.

04/08 On tap @Eleszto, Budapest. It poured hazy reddish brown body with medium to smaller head. Fruity malt and some herbal hop aroma. Flavor was lightly bitter herbal, also somewhat caramelly and biscuity. Thinner in body, but nice hops created decent toasted and herbal aftertaste. Alright, a pleasant one, although wouldn’t mind more body here.

On bottle. A great take on one of England’s finest beer styles. Perhaps not as thick and wheaty as some, but still dark enough to put hairs on your chest. Contains hints of bitter dark chocolate with a hoppy ashtray aftertaste that lingers. Nice label too.

hazy brown colour, minimal brownish head; aroma of roasted malt, some chocolate and hops; taste of roasted malt again with hoppy bitterness and citrussy notes; a bit too watery agian, (just like Legenda Diesel), otherwise ok beer

On tap at Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Brown coloured, small pale beige head, hint of caramel in the nose. Slight roasted malt, hops and mild dried fruits with bitter finish and long-lasting bitter aftertaste. Unbalanced but drinkable.
