Beautiful doppelbock. Maybe a bit more interesting as it warms up. Lots of vanilla and cinnamon and warming spice from the amburana. Malt forward, sweetness, with a clean finish

Draught at Brick Farm: pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, dark fruit. Taste is fairly dry, light sweetness. Vanilla. Dark fruit. Very nice.
