A crisp, clean-tasting session lager brewed using the authentic Czech hop saaz. We believe in year-round refreshment so we’ve brewed this beer to be perfect for lazy summer days in a beer garden, but equally good enjoyed by a roaring fire in the depths of winter.

Bottle from the Hotel Continental, Whitstable. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is lager malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light dry malt, woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Keg. Looks golden, a bit hazy, the small head disappears almost straight away. Aroma- malt, cereal, bready, spicy. Taste- quite full in the mouth, a bit of spice, citrus hints, wheat and malt, some carbonation. Finish is quite long with lemony hints. A very good lager.
