Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol December 2023. Copper in colour, with a slight, white, head. Red berry fruit, a touch of caramel, leafy hops, some spice from the rye and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light grainy malt, hop bitter. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light watery fruity, woody resin hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
