[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Hazy yellow. Funky aroma, oak, fruits, flowers, a bit of vinegar. Tart flavor, funky, fruity, oak, slightly bitterish. Great.

CBC 2016, Red session, draught. Clear straw-coloured body, filmy layer, spotty lacing. Ripe fruity aroma, with a farmyard scent. Ripe lemony flavours, grass and wood. Semi-tart fruity ending. Clean in the mouth. Just alright (Copenhagen 14.05.2016).

Draught at @Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Clear hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, apple skin, white pepper, grain and light red berries. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemon, wood and light grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Awesome.

Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, sorrel, oak, soda powder, yeast, fresh wood, fruit stones, apple cores, berry skin, apple peel. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice.
