#8 in the Project Haze series. A simple grain bill of 2-row, malted wheat and fonio, a cereal grain from Senegal. This drought resistant and sustainable crop coaxes out flavors of semi-sweet German white wine. Cascade hops in the mash quicken the conversion of bound thiols by the unique yeast blend used exclusively for this beer. The most amazing and oil laden Citra Cryo hops we ever laid eyes on at Funk dominate the whirlpool and accentuate the dry hop of Krush and Zappa T-90 hops. The full palate and finish are soft and fluffy without being overly sweet or stodgy. The tropical fruit flavors shine throughout and will keep you coming back for more.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold color. Large rocky white head is enduring. Bright citrus aromas hint at lemon, tangerine and pineapple. Flavor is bittersweet citrus and passion fruit. Added notes of pink grapefruit and orange. There is an underlying spiciness that emerges as well. Very drinkable for 8% ABV.
