Cask at the Windsor Castle, Lye. Pours gold with a large head. Aroma is straw, lemon and candy sugar. Taste has straw to start and a grainy finish.

Bottle from Bernie’s Real Ale Off Licence, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grassy hop citrus. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a fruity, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
