Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is skunky malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, watery, light pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
