Half-pint, cask shared with Finn at the brewpub. Clear dark amber body. Low off-white head, upper part lacing. Bread and mid-sweet caramel malts on the nose, promising. Leafy hops and a slightly buttery sweet caramel to the taste buds. Firm bittersweet finish. Likable bitter version. (Warwick 02.02.2020).

Cask at the Wild Boar, Warwick. Poured a clear dark copper colour with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light woody resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, slightly watery, resin medicinal hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
