Taster showing turbid straw with a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of adzuki and light notes of sweet Belgian yeast.
The palate is moderately carbonated and light to medium bodied. Lightly Belgian yeast forward and mildly sweet. Insufficient carbonation, mouthfeel is too heavy for the style, flavors are alright but nothing special.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is yeast esters and some fruit and white pepper. Flavor is juicy fruit gum with more white pepper and a estery finish. This was a pretty good simple saison.
