Aurora is a 6.7% ABV red rye IPA loaded with Equinox, Centennial, Motueka, and Experimental Hop 07270. This pungent, complex IPA marries the spicy malt character of rye with the fruity dankness of new wave American & New Zealand hops. Aurora pours a gorgeous ruby red, making it the perfect IPA for Fall (if it ever comes to San Diego).

Canned 09/02/15 - Pours dark copper orange with a smooth head. Aroma of malts, caramel, rye, hints of pine and resin. Taste is smooth, malty and resinous with some sweetness, caramel, rye, pine and citrus. Finish is smooth, malty and hoppy with hints of sweetness and rye. Okay, despite it’s not very fresh.

Stor burk från SB. Aningen röd bärnstensfärg, klar, snabbt försvinnande skum. Doft av c-humle med främst tallskott och lite lichie, aprikos och röd grace. Smaken domineras av karamellsötma, tallskott och resinbeska. Inte direkt komplex utan mest sötkladdigt. Nej jag brukar inte gilla red aled och det här var tyvärr inget undantag.
