A slightly hazy burnished rose coloured brew that reeks of mulberry. The very distinct taste coats the palate with berry goodness. A very pleasant carbonation helps to dry the finish and invites the drinker back for another round.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a hazy medium reddish amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is fruity mulberry I presume. The flavour is grainy mineral very light sour and some bitter notes. The palate is smooth, dry, light fruit with a light watery finish. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation.
