Pivo Persuasion - 5.2% ABV
Single Decocted 13°P Czech Style Pilsner. When we get together with our good buds at Wild East and Alternate Ending, you know some magical liquid will ensue! Decoction was the question, and we were persuaded to make it happen on our system. Turns out it works like a dream, and we were able to produce our most traditional Czech style lager to date. Mashed with Raven Floor Malted Pilsner from Czechia, and hopped with our German Saaz and Saaz Comfort from CZ. Brite and beautiful gold in the glass, with subtle toasty malt characteristics, balanced sweetness, spicy and herbal hop expression with a firm yet pleasing bitterness.
