What’s a WOWDEEDEE? Well first off, it’s damn delish. Crushable and crispy, this 5.4% West Coast Pils is a graduate of our Small Tank series. After two rounds of iterations on our pilot system we felt that it was ready for the big dogs (and it helped that both small tank batches sold in a flash). What is a West Coast Pils? We use a super crisp, stripped down malt bill, all German hops on the hot side, ferment with a lager yeast then dry hop with good ole super aromatic Pacific Northwest hops. Sort of a dialed back, more sessionable Cold IPA, yet still brings the WOW.

Can pour at the April DCBeer monthly gathering. Poured a mostly clear yellow color with a small white head. Very crisp. Pleasant sweetness, floral. Very light grain. Clean.
