Introducin TONAL & ATONAL - two versions of the same base beer.
Brewed as a hazy IPA with Mosaic & Enigma hops, ATONAL is the base beer, packed as-is, whereas the second half of the batch has been packed as TONAL, an IPA with Yops™ yeast direved flavouring mimicking natural hop flavors.
These two beers are released as a pair to taste, compare and evaluate the impacts of using this special, cutting edge product for beer brewing.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some floral, mild berries as well as some slight yeasty tones to it. Flavur is floral, citrusy, some mild berries, with a bit yeasty and wooden tones to it.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Aroma of pears, apricot and mango. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread, pears, lychee and grass. Resinous bitter finish.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, oranges, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, exotic fruits, lemons, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. 8/1/8/3/16

Draught @ Cafe Albert. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, citrus, orange and grapefruit. Flavor is light bitter, little malt, fruity hops, citrus, orange, grapefruit - peel. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light bitter finish. 250425
