Collaboration DIPA with Fidens. NECTARON/NELSON/RAKAU/CITRA
Through lots of tweaks and variations of our recipe, we felt the need to really go all out on our most recent collaboration with Fidens- A brand we have been very fond of since our first brew with them.
Heaps of oats and wheat make for a super creamy mouthfeel. Our biggest pound per barrel whirlpool addition yet, with Citra and tons of Nelson Sauvin. We also TRIPLE dry-hopped this one, just to push the envelope even further????
This beer is bursting flavors of passionfruit and gooseberries. A wonderful piney, resinous and smooth finish. This one goes down so easy you’d never expect it to be a double.

Can from Andover Classic Wines. Opaque, dark yellow, nice head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, hint of berry, background cracker, mild yeast. Taste is strong citrus, light dank, biscuit and yeast. Frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry, crisp finish. Good strength, not complex.
