'Deuces Wild' - Our first Sour IPA. Delicate bitterness complemented by the fruit additions, while the hop character shines on the nose.
Deuces Wild is a blend of Scarfire Pale Ale and our Gose Del Sol. Featuring HBC 1019 Cryo and Simcoe in the dry hop, plus Mango, Pineapple and Passionfruit from the Gose. The notes from the hops complement the fruit profile nicely with Pineapple, Coconut and a lovely dankness.
ALLERGENS: Malted barley, wheat, oats (Gluten) and Lactose.

Keg at Mikkeller Brewpub. Comments.about me ordering a fruit juice are accurate. No head though. Aroma has vinous salty edge fruit. Fruity before a b8g sour streak sweeps through. Medium bodied. Oily. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Big fruity stuff which the OAPs hate.

Fruit smoothie orange topped with an off white cap that stays for the show.
Nose is tangy tropical fruits, mango flesh, raw citric zest, grass.
Taste comprises melon, ripe tropicana, light acidic flicker, lychee, lactic tang.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close punctured with mellow hop bitterness allied to a balanced puckering spike.
Not bad.
