Half pint on cask at Forest. Medium creamy beige head. Clear black pour. A smooth stout

Cask at Kelham Island, Sheffield. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy off white head. The aroma is smoky malt, creamy caramel. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter with a light watery charcoal roasty malt light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Kelham Island Tavern; dark chestnut brown pour with a bubbly tan head, aroma has coffee, taste has coffee, dark chocolate, some rich molasses.
