This one goes out to all the ‘West Coast is the best coast’-ers! We have made a rich base with a West Coast bite! We used Southern Cross, Comet, Chinook & Columbus in the hot side to build a complex bitterness. We used Citra, Comet, Chinook & Columbus on the cold side for that classic aroma.

Tap at the craft beer junction bermondsey. A light hazed amber orange coloured pour with a a lasting loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy fruits, brown sugars, brown bread, orange rind, midget gems. Fruity esters. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Brown sugars, brown malts, wet grass, firm grassy bitterness. Draft at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. Deep amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are pine and citrus, slight bitter. Medium body.
