White Chocolate!
You read that correctly, we’re going full Easter and combining the indulgence of white chocolate with the tropical decadence of our Oat Cream IPA’s in a first for Mountain Culture. We’ve taken our thick, creamy Oat Cream base and let the dry hop rain with buckets of Mosaic and Sabro before blending in liquid white chocolate. This has created a dessert IPA with an extra silky, velvety body and a rounded, sweet tropical flavour profile bursting with mangoes and coconut. It’s Easter, no one is going to judge you.

Pours hazy gold with a small head.
Nose shows vanilla, chocolate, piny and resinous hops, pineapple.
Flavours include resinous and piny hops along with more vanilla, cocoa notes and a bittersweet finish.

From a 500ml can on 26/4/2025. Pours a cloudy medium golden with a medium head. The nose is lightly fruity but does actually have a whiff of white Easter egg chocolate to it. The same goes for taste - it's got tangy orange and peach, with hints of white chocolate, though it's not quite as dessertish as it sounds, with a decent tang and a good dash of spiciness at the back. Has a pillowy, lightly creamy mouthfeel and average carbonation. Interesting and comes together quite nicely.
