Cask at the Fat Cat, Kelham Island, Sheffield. Poured a clear straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is yeast, light grassy hop citrus. The flavour is light bitter with a creamy buttery yeast, light citrus fruit palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
