When the sky is black with rain, reach for a black beer. Mùa Mưa is our take on a Schwarzbier, the classic dark lager brewed by Czech brewers in Vietnam and a tradition dating back to the Middle Ages. With light toasty aromas of bread, chocolate, caramel, and subtle herbal notes, this beer offers a balanced, roasted character without being sweet. Its light body and crisp finish make it a refreshing choice, perfect for those rainy-day vibes.

Draft at 7 Bridges Dong Du taproom, HCMC. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a short-lived, frothy off-white head. The aroma is yeasty, light toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, light toffee caramel, somewhat watery, light earthy, light liquorice, hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

On tap @ taproom in Hoi An. Dark brown, almost black body under a dense, finger thick tan head. Aroma of dark, mild roasted malt and coffee. Taste is medium sweet, light roasted, dark malt, coffee and slightly piny bitterness. Balanced body for the relatively low ABV. Nice, refreshing.
