Draft at Paragon, 4/2/25. Clear caramel-reddish color, off white head. Roasty and grainy. Chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and earth. Smooth. Highly drinkable. Really nice.

Decent Doppelbock, but could be better. A little sweet, lot of vanilla, thin body. Maybe better on draft with the fire poker jawn, but didn’t want to have too many beers so far from home.
