Appearance: Bright golden hue with a slight haze from the flaked oats, offering a vibrant and inviting visual appeal. A soft white head lingers, showcasing the beer’s clean presentation and carbonation.
Aroma: Prominent notes of tropical fruit and citrus, courtesy of the Mosaic and Simcoe hops, blend with subtle piney and herbal undertones. A delicate malt sweetness and faint oat creaminess provide balance, creating an inviting aroma that hints at the beer’s complexity.
Flavor: Juicy and hop-forward with bursts of mango, passion fruit, and tangerine. The Simcoe and Mosaic hops deliver a harmonious mix of fruitiness and earthy pine, backed by a light, bready malt character. The beer finishes clean and crisp, with a moderate bitterness that balances the sweetness from the malts.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a smooth, velvety texture from the flaked oats. The moderately high carbonation enhances the hop flavors while providing a refreshing effervescence. The body is creamy yet light enough for easy drinkability, leaving a pleasant hop resin on the palate.

Can (12/11/24) from trade with Steve. Deeply hazy yellow with decent sparkle, frothy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, pineapple with malt backdrop. Taste is strong tropical fruit, passion fruit, bread. Smooth, thick texture --tons of oats--soft carbonation and malty, bready finish with mild bitterness. Good first impression of this brewer. Really thick. Good strength aroma and flavor. A bit malty, but this may be partially attributable to age.
