Bold and complex, The Lifted Veil is a treat: warm chocolate and sweet caramel with nuanced vanilla, cocoa, and molasses barrel character.

At source: pours black with small head. Aroma is loads of rum, chocolate, earthiness. Pretty smooth. I drank this after I had Drood, so it seemed light in comparison.

Damn, this is top drawer! Boozy bourbon, chocolate, rum, raisins. Brilliant.
