Meine jüngste Kreation ist auch mein erstes Bier, welches zu 100% aus bio zertifizierten Rohstoffen hergestellt wird. Ein süffiges Märzen in dem 3 verschiedenene Malzsorten verarbeitet werden. Der Verwendete Aromahopfen heißt nicht umsonst Perle.
Dieses Märzen ist ein rundes Biererlebnis, welches zu jedem Anlass passt und im Zusammenwirken mit Speisen aus der traditionellen Waldviertler Küche, eine wahre Gaumenfreude ist.
Der Name KellerschMaus beinhaltet 2 Elemente. Das traditionelle Kellerbier und durch die Süffigkeit ist es ein wahrer Schmaus.

0,33l bottle at home bought at Unimarkt Groß Gerungs. BB 02. July 2025. orange murky color, small white head. smells tobacco, earthy, bit light struck, bit peppery. ok smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, peppery, tobacco, grainy, bit light struck. finishes lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and peppery notes. not overly good, storing conditions at the supermarket where I bought the beer were not great though.
