Our dear friends from Ravintola Outo came to visit us in brewery. They cooked a beautiful pear kimchi that we added to the fermenter with the fresh wort.
The beer is an asian version of our house saison with 20% rice in the malt base and Sorachi Ace added to the hopping.
This tastes Pear Kimchi as the name promises.
