Heaven Hill -tynnyrissä kypsytetty olut. Haluamme omat Imperial Stoutimme mielummin hieman kuivempina kuin siirappisen makeina. Se antaa mielestämme paremmin tilaa myös tynnyrikypsytyksen aromeilla.

33cl bottle. As (Barrel #5 Heaven Hill Bourbon - 2024).
Poured pitch black in color.
Bourbony nose, wood, quite light body for the abv. Boozy finish. Leathery.

Bottle at Gallows Bird Tapiola, Espoo. Colour is Very dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Dark chocolate, whiskey coffee roasted malts... Softer than Expected.
