When our friends at Old Caz Beer hit us up for a Beer Week collab, we knew it had to be something special. We share a lot—scrappy upstarts, relentless pursuit of delicious beer, and of course, a deep love for Wu-Tang. So, like the 36 Chambers of brewing, we came together to craft two versions of the same beer.
Our take: Form Like Voltron - Defenders of the West Coast, a crisp and clear West Coast IPA brewed with North Star Pilsner malt and a Rakau, Mosaic & Strata hop blend, clocking in at 7.2% ABV.

Draft. Amber beer with a low off-white head. Light tropical fruit and citrus aroma. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit linger with pine.
