This medium bodied American Amber Ale was inspried by a West Texas Sunrise, and it has delightful notes of toasted bread, caramel, and nuts. It is full of flavor but has clean balanced finish.

Can from Tavour: pours a fairly brownish amber with off white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, perhaps some ambiguous fruity. Light bitterness. Medium bodied maltiness. Old school beer.

Can from Tavour. Pours ruddy amber with a large pale tan head that persisted. Caramel aroma. Arguably med body. Malty but not very sweet. Moderately bitter. Flavor of caramel malt; floral hop with a peppery note. Nice.

Can from Tavour’s holiday IPA set thanks to my Mom. Pours clear amber with off white head that fades quickly to a collar. Rich caramel malt aroma. Flavor is grainy, crystal malt and bread. Slight perfume hops.
