On draught at Harry's Hofbrau. I haven't been into Harry's for a while and am not sure what their turnover on kegs is....but this was a bit muted all around on the hops and I wonder if it is aged-based more than anything else based on the other Boneyard brews I have had. Pours copper and clear with small off-white head that retains as a dusting across the top. Aroma hops are subtle but nice in a delicate way (but not over the top). Flavor hops are generally restrained, leaving malt and caramel with a bit of stickiness to the beer. Moderate alcohol warmth throughout.
