From bottle to tulip glass. Cellared since purchase. Aroma is lactose, watermelon punch. Overt tart cherry on the back half of the aroma is intense. Pureed peach and light brown with almost no head that is off-white and presents as only a tiny collar. Flavor is sour tartness. Cherry and white pear. Very acidic. Finishes moderately dry.
