Minor is a dark mild, light on alcohol, full on the flavour. The light spice note from the hops are complimented by the deep robust flavours from malt bill comprising of a mix of chocolate, dark malt and crystal malts

Lighter shade of black with a khaki cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is dried fruit, cocoa powder. bitter tones.
Taste comprises tangy fruits, dark malts, hint of charr.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with some light vinegar strokes.
Not great ... overly tangy ... don't believe it was the condition either.

22/8/2025. Cask at the 46th Peterborough Beer Festival. Good pour. Malty, roasted, chocolate, ashy, dark fruits. Taste is clammy, a bit veggie. Drying berry finish. Not so keen.
