Color amarillo pajizo ligeramente anaranjado, muy turbia, forma al servir una ligera capa de espuma que desaparece rápido. En nariz trae recuerdos de granero, sacos de trigo, trastero viejo y polvoriento, clavo, jenjibre, peladuras de limón, hierba. En boca es ligera, punzante de gas, efervescente, seca, ácida, refrescante, cítrica, polvorienta, algo agria, final con un toque de sal, notas de jenjibre y nopal, sabrosa, agradable de beber. Pours orange with a tiny white head. Aroma: cucumber, lime and sea salt. Taste: cucumber and lime. Interesting palate.
