Cask at the Duke William. Pours light gold with a small head. Aroma is straw, honey and apple. Taste has straw throughout with some honey.

Cask at the Duke William. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light malt, creamy yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter with a yeasty, woody hop bitter, light honey, palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at the source. Aroma of peppery hay. Taste is light white pepper. Plain stuff.

Cask at The Duke William; clear amber pour with a creamy white head, aroma has feint malt, taste has malt, with light citrus and a hint of honey.
