The aroma offers up a blend of grapefruit, a sliver of onion, a little pineapple and then grapefruit peel like zest. The taste delivers a pleasing citrus hop bitterness and hop flavor depth welling up notes of grapefruit, lemon and a sense of tangerine. Another sip adds a small contribution of dank spicy onion. It ends dry and a little on the thin side but it sure delivers the crispness and hoppy goodness I'm after.
