Cask at the White Swan, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is big doughy biscuit malt. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is citrus hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a smooth malt fruit spice pepper hop palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Really impressed with this. A superb example of an English bitter.
