A blend of imperial stouts aged between 22 and 24 months in maple syrup and Booker's bourbon barrels and then aged an addition 12 months in a single 4 year Heaven Hill bourbon barrel and 9 year Knob Creek bourbon barrel before being blended and conditioned on a trio of vanilla beans from Madagascar, Uganda and Congo.

Pitch black colour, small head. Aroma is chocolaty, some syrup, miild liquorice as well as some mild spicy and wooden tones with a bit of alcohol. Flavour is liquorice, some chocolate, mild alcohol with some fudgey tones as well as some vanilla and wood. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Pitch black, minimal head. Vanilla heavy nose with maple syrup and dark chocolate. Sweet with full to massive body and rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate brownie with lots of maple syrup and vanilla, some bourbon. Warming mid bitter finish. Generic flavour profile, but pretty elegant and never cloying nor overly cakey.

Aroma: awesome mix of chocolate, vanilla, and American oak, moderately sweet.
Taste: along the same lines, very thick, moderately to highly thick, boozy kick. A lot of American oak.
