CBC. Clear yellow with a sweet head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light tequila. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a little salt and acidic edge. 140516

Draught at CBC 2016, Green session. Snow white head to a clear, late straw coloured body. Crocheted lacing. mid-tart citrus nose. Orange and lemony flavours, tart and dry. Almost a papery dry ending. Okay (Copenhagen 14.05.2016).

Tap @CBC16. Clear golden, white flyffy head. Sourish, citruc aroma. Citrus flavour, lemons and orange peel. No smoke but perhaps a light hint of salt.

Tap @CBC 2016. Poured golden in color with a thin white head. Aroma has clear cactus notes, some spiciness and tartness. Sweetish cactus flavor lingering, finish is more tart. Barrel is noticeable, does not really feel like a Gose after the barrel aging. interesting though.
