Never Doubt Brut IPA was brewed in collaboration with Anxo Cidery, honoring Women's History Month. We brewed this IPA using a highly attenuative yeast strain and heavy hop additions in the whirlpool and dry hop. The Pink Boots Society annual hop blend backed by extra Mosaic and Bravo hops, left heavy notes of lemon and papaya alongside the subtle notes of Mango derived from the OYL-200 Tropical IPA yeast.
