From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery, fruity and slight spiced. Belgian wit like. Bitter, spiced and estery. Dry, hoppy and spiced finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a mineral yeast, alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
