From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced, coriander and estery. Towards ginger citrusy. Mellow, light fruity and dry medium spiced into a slight herbal and citrusy finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grain, light citrus, some banana. The flavour is acid citrus with a big clove, coriander spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. This wasn’t half bad I must say. Very unusual and very tasty.
