Pour on the RBSG17 bus. Clear pale golden body, small skin of head. Light funky aroma, bits of citrus, fruit sweetness. Taste gets a bit vegetal, more barrel funk and wood notes More sweet than sour.

Bottle with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy straw colour with a fizzy short-lived white head. The aroma is apricot, stone fruits, yeast. The flavour is moderate sour with a light crisp, refreshing, yeasty, light biscuit, fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours yellow gold with a white head. Aroma of green apple, lemon, pale fruit skins, grass, some grainy malt, barnyard, leathery and slightly spicy oak, a little sour, pretty complex. Flavour is rather tart but with some balancing malt sweetness, tart apple, white grape, apple skins, citrus (lemon especially), quite solid hay and barnyard funk, more somewhat spicy and leathery oak, drying, touch of grain. A little tannic in the back end, maybe some hops amping the bitterness. Complex, balanced, a bit mineral. Medium body, soft carb. Very nice, oak ample but not overpowering.

Bottle thanks to OKBeerFan. It pours a light hazed yellow color with a small white head. The aroma has light, tart apricots and funk. The flavor is the same with some lime and apricot tartness. The lactic acid comes out strong, but doesnβt overpower the soft funk and oak in the finish. Itβs even a little cheesy, which I dig. Awesome stuff.

Thanks Huhzubendah for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing cloudy dull orange with a rim of white foam. The nose shows a mix of tart and bretty farmhouse notes. The palate is medium bodied and fully carbonated. Highly tart with a very fruit forward palate of light lemons and guava to balance out the high tartness. Drinks more like a lambic.
