bottle. fruity and woody lambic like aroma, leather, quite sour, almost totally authentic lambic aroma. Flavor is quite sourish, leather, citrussy and orangy fruits, if this was a gueuze, it would be one of the better. perhaps the fruity notes could be a little less exotic, or a little less vinegar like, but that is details. Pretty well done sour for sure.

Bottle through a trade with wchesser, thanks buddy. A nice looking cloudy gold with an aroma that gives me: musty farmhouse, cottony, some popcorn very interesting aroma. The taste is acidic and really nice lemon, wheat, some funk loads of tartness. Quite good. This was a somewhat divisive beer, those who like sours enjoyed it but those who aren’t really didn’t like it. Personally I wasn’t a huge fan of the aroma but I felt it drank very smoothly and was refreshing.
