Tap at CBC ’16. Very hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, light funk and oak. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate sour. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

CBC2016. Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch gering säuerlich, holzig, steinobst. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Aprikosen, pelzig.

Small slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is sour-ish dry, sorrel, oak, soda powder, citrus acid, grass, minerals, flowers, mild vinegar. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, oak, unripe berries, citrus acid, flowers, yeast, minerals, berry skin, vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice.

[1/29/16] Bottle sample at a hotel room bottle share during RBWG 2016 in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy yellow. Great funky and fruity aroma. Tart flavor, funky, fruity, oaky. Medium-bodied.

Bottle shared a bottle room rbwsg. Hazedd golden orange coloured pour with a small colours pour with a small. Flavoured volouues poured witja small sick white Sicky coloured poured. Horawey. Tangy lemon Sicky horsey. Lemon funk tjisn meh.

Bottle shared late-nite during RBWG 2016 - many thanks to Aaron. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a thin, creamy white head. Moderate funk on the nose, grass, ripe lemon - reminiscent of a lambic, almost. Light sweet flavor with subtle tartness, more drying wood, lemon rind, pine, grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Drying finish, grassy, more lemon. Nice beer.
